NOTICE

After a 17 year run Choose The Blues Productions ended the BLUES ON THE RIDEAU Dinner & Show Fundraiser Series at THE COVE INN, Westport Ontario Canada in June 2023. The Series brought in some of Canada’s best Blues, Soul & R&B artists (along with a few great American acts) to play this friendly, intimate venue. $86K+ was raised for local charities/good causes over that time.

I want to thank, the management and staff of The Cove, all the great artists who played the Series, the Sponsors and most of all - everyone who bought tickets and came out for the shows.

This was a 3-hour sunset cruise through the magnificent 1000 Islands with a chicken & rib buffet dinner, a Fabulous Show by KENNY "BLUES BOSS" WAYNE, Door Prizes and dancing. $1K was raised that night for the Kingston Food Bank.

Canadian Blues Spotlight, produced and hosted by James Doran (engineered by Diane Leduc-Doran), was a 15 minute Feature that focused on a different Canadian Blues artist which ran on Mark Stenzler’s BLUES ZEPPELIN radio show in Switzerland from 2013 to 2017 - there were 87 in total.

BLUES ZEPPELIN is one of the longest running and Blues radio shows in the world. It continues to broadcast and stream bi-weekly on Radio Rabe, Bern Switzerland www.rabe.ch Sundays from 13:00 to 15:00 CET (9-11 am ET) and is rebroadcast and streamed on these other stations in Switzerland, Canada and the USA.
